I don’t remember this one well. A picture from well over a year ago caught my eye as I scrolled through my photos recently. This was taken at a friend’s house, and no doubt I had more than one dose.
Whatever I thought, I can say that Weber Haus is a fine distillery with a great reputation. Not everything they produce is top of the top, but everything is good. I have no doubt this one was too.
If you’re at Fogo do Chao, ask them who supplies their house cachaça. I’ll give you the answer: Weber Haus! Great products, great business. Give anything they produce a try and you’re unlikely to be disappointed.
